Eligibility and Account Use

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and for activity under your account. Bellavest may suspend accounts involved in fraud, abuse, or unlawful activity.

Pricing, VAT, and Payments

Prices are shown in AED unless stated otherwise. UAE VAT is applied where legally required. For UAE retail orders, this is generally 5% under current Federal Tax Authority rules.

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment authorization. Bellavest may cancel or hold orders for payment risk checks, stock mismatch, or compliance checks.

Shipping and Delivery

Delivery windows are estimates and may vary by location, weather, address access, customs, and courier constraints. Risk transfers on successful delivery at the provided address.

Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted for eligible, unused, sealed products within the return window shown at checkout. Opened products, hygiene-sensitive goods, and custom orders may be non-returnable except where required by law.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method after inspection and approval. Banking settlement timelines can vary by issuer.

Authenticity and Product Information

Bellavest sells authentic products sourced through authorized channels. Product images and notes are for guidance; packaging may vary by batch or supplier update.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates, including UAE consumer protection and e-commerce requirements in force at the time of transaction.
